How can we support your postpartum journey?
I offer guidance on newborn care, provide education and information for both before and after birth, teach comfort techniques, and help you explore a birthing and parenting choices.
As a postpartum doula, I provide emotional, physical, and educational support to families after the birth of a baby. Assist with newborn care, offer guidance on breastfeeding and recovery, and help with household tasks to ease the transition into parenthood. My role also includes providing a compassionate presence and reassurance as parents adjust to life with their new baby.

Newborn care
Care for baby by feeding, changing, swaddling, and interactive time during wake periods.
Mentoring and guidance for parents in early stages of infant care.
Support for moms
Receive support and expertise during the postpartum transition.
able to facilitate a smooth emotional and physical transition to motherhood. As well, postpartum doulas are trained in lactation support and provide the help or encouragement you need.
Help with older siblings
You just brought your new baby home! Let us help take some of the weight off of your shoulders. We can help with older children that may need a little extra attention during this transition.
Household chores
Let us help! We get how it is to be freshly postpartum but not relax when you see the pile of laundry from all those late night messes and daily life or maybe those pesky dishes are piling up we got you! You snuggle your new little bundle of joy we'll take care of the rest!
Welcome Home
This Welcome Home package includes 6 hr consecutive hours of care (first day or night) after you arrive home from delivering your little one.
Fourth Trimester
For the parent who wants multiple sessions of support during the first 6 weeks after delivery. For a nourished postpartum period all the way through, this package can vary from 12-50 hours of support.
Overnight Support
Whatever feeding method you choose, all families can benefit from a good night's sleep. During overnight doula support, I work with you to develop a night routine that works for the whole family. Ranging from 4, 6 or 8 hours of care.
